Riiviöt Collective is committed to upholding good governance and maintaining a safe, inclusive operating environment. Although we are a small and developing collective, we have already established foundational ways of working, supported by a set of preliminary protocols and guidelines. Central to our mission is the development and implementation of ethical guidelines, safer space protocols, and transparent problem-resolution frameworks. These elements ensure that all members, current and future, have the opportunity to participate meaningfully in our operations and decision-making processes. Our protocols prioritize inclusivity, equality, and non-discrimination, reflecting our commitment to a collaborative and respectful environment. Additionally, we have created an anonymous feedback form to encourage open communication and continuous improvement.
